Shipping & Delivery
1) Home delivery using Fan Courier
We aim to process and deliver goods within 5-7 working days upon receipt of an order. Please be advised that during our peak season in August, delivery may take longer, approximately 14-20 working days, due to increased demand.
For Pre-orders, please refer to your school’s uniform page for further updates on the delivery time. If there are available items in your pre-order, please contact us if you like to receive it first (additional shipping charges will apply).
An email with Order Tracking Information will be sent to you shortly after the parcel is dispatched. Please refer to the Fan Courier website for more information on tracking orders.
2) Click & Collect from school
Please select "Collect Items from Reception" at the Shipping Method page at the Checkout. A notification email will be sent to you when the order is ready to pick up.
Please collect it as soon as possible as the parcel will only be kept for 30 days. After 30 days, the parcel and the order will be dismissed, and no refund will be available.
